about me
I live in DuPage County Illinois where I enjoy community building and events.
I graduated from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. I'm also a proud graduate and continuing student of The College of DuPage
I am equally motivated by personal curiosities and working within groups. I want to collaborate and also to work on my own projects with the company and encouragement of other artists.

It is hard to bottle everything that compels me to make art but here are a few driving thoughts:

I think a lot about technology and our virtual existence and what this suggests about who we are and how we negotiate between this and our very tactile physical lives. I'd love to build plaster casts of faces that represent this idea.

I think about nature. Nature is undeniably meaningful. We feel it in the depth of our scientific, inquisitive nature or deep within our spiritual existence. Sometimes it is quite both. I'd love to paint native plants.

I think about capturing the feeling of fleeting moments I enjoyed, as a way of spending more time in them. Or moments that confused me as a way of figuring them out.
